If your coin dies, you get paid.
If you sell, you don't.
Lock the tokens in the house and pay a premium. After 15 minutes the start price is set. For the next 8 hours, if the coin is still down 50%, you get USDC — and you still get the coins back. Unlock early and the policy is void. The premium stays here.
House is USDC on Solana. Gas is SOL. Premiums that land in the house stay as surplus for claims.
Four steps, one rule.
The rule: the policy only pays if you were still holding when it expired. Selling is the one thing that voids it.
Lock the bag
Pick a token you already hold and choose how much of it to cover. The tokens stay yours — they are locked, not sold.
Arm the policy
The premium is paid up front. 15 minutes later the start price is read from the chain and written into the policy.
Hold the 8 hours
Nothing to do. If the price is at or below −50% when the window closes, the claim is open.
Get paid, keep the coins
The house pays 50% of the covered value in USDC and unlocks your tokens. You keep both.
Why the house pays
Lenders put USDC in the house and earn every premium that does not turn into a claim. Insurance only works if someone is on the other side, and that side is paid for the risk.
Why cover is capped
A policy can never be larger than the house can actually pay. Cover is capped at the live surplus, so no claim is ever written against money that is not there.
Why selling voids it
The policy insures a bag, not a trade. Unlock early and the cover disappears with the bag it was written against. The premium stays with the lenders.
Write a policy.
Your wallet decides what can be insured. Connect and the desk reads the tokens you actually hold, prices them, and writes the policy against one of them.
Writing a policy asks your wallet to sign the exact terms above. Nothing moves until you approve it, and the signed terms are what the claim is checked against.
Be the house.
The house is a USDC float that pays claims. Lenders own it, earn every premium that expires unclaimed, and carry the loss when a bag dies.
Utilisation is open cover against surplus. At 100% the desk stops writing new policies until a window closes or a lender tops the house up.
What you are holding.
Read straight from your wallet. Token balances come from the chain, prices come from the market, and nothing is stored anywhere but this device.
